Returns & Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Items returned in used, damaged, or non-resalable condition cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Return Request Form (Required)

Before sending any item back, customers must fill out our Return Request Form.
Returns sent without submitting the form will not be processed.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
• Shipping fees for returned or exchanged items will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• PaloSanto Eg. does not cover return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Please contact us immediately.
• Send clear photos of The damaged itemThe shipping label

Once verified, we will offer either:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A full refund, according to your preference.

Refund Method

• Refunds are processed only via bank transfer.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
