Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• Submitted orders will be processed on the next business day, and
• subsequently picked up via courier for delivery/shipping.
• Orders placed on Thursday (after 12:00pm), Friday and Saturday will be processed on Sunday morning.
• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping/delivery time periods are calculated from the date in which the order is processed (based on the above scheme), not the date in which the order is placed.
• We will notify you as soon as your order is picked up for delivery/shipping by courier.
• We use biodegradable paper packing and bubble wrap or foam to keep your tools safe during shipment.
• We ship anywhere within Egypt(except: South Sinai) via courier with an extra delivery charge.
• Your delivery charge covers the courier fees, the box or bag, handling, and insurance from us that if it doesn’t arrive safely we will refund or replace your order.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
