Refund policy

• If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for refunds within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition.                                                
• Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned/exchanged items. Shipping costs of returned/exchanged items will be deducted from the refunded/exchanged amount. Costs of returned/exchanged items will NOT be incurred by PaloSanto. Thank you for understanding.                                                                                              
• Refunds will be done only through bank transfers . If your package arrives broken please contact us! We are more than happy to get you a replacement or refund. Just send us a picture of the damaged piece with the shipping label and we will send you a replacement piece or free, or refund your purchase.
